Education for good Human Resource

   Education is inseparable from the learning and instructional activities. McNeil (1976) asserted that learning activities, sometimes called learning opportunities or learning experience, are the nature of education. the teachers responsibility in each instructional process is t elicit learning of student by performing instructional process is to elicit learning of students by performing instructional activities which is actually a series of events especially designed to stimulate learning. such events should first be planned and then presented with the intention to influence students to learn (Reigeluth, 1983). 

  Educational and instruction play a vital and strategic role for developing human resource having the necessary skills and professional qualifications to meet the demands of their duties.

That's why education is important in shaping a good human resources.
